The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have issued Corrigendum No. 2 for the ongoing recruitment of various Level-1 posts under CEN No. 09/2025. This update, dated February 16, 2026, brings critical changes to the vacancy tables for several railway zones, including South Eastern Railway, South Central Railway, North Western Railway, and Metro Railway/Kolkata.

Key Changes in Vacancy Tables
The primary reason for this corrigendum is the correction of inadvertent errors in the previously published vacancy lists.
- OD (PwBD) Category Clarification: Vacancies previously shown under the OD (Other Disabilities) category for PwBD candidates in South Eastern Railway (SER), South Central Railway (SCR), and North Western Railway (NWR) were indicated by mistake.
- Zero Vacancies: It is now officially clarified that there are no vacancies under the OD (PwBD) category for Level-1 posts in these specific zones.
- Metro Railway/Kolkata: The vacancy details for Metro Railway/Kolkata have been fully revised in Annexure-B.

- Modify Preferences: Candidates who have already applied can modify their post preferences and their choice of Zonal Railway(s) or Production Units within their opted RRB.
- No Modification Fee: This specific modification can be done without paying any modification fees.
- Terms & Conditions: All other terms and conditions mentioned in the original CEN No. 09/2025 remain unchanged.
