How to Download Your Admit Card
To download the e-Admit card, candidates must follow these steps starting from February 11:
- Visit the official WBPRB website.
- Enter your Application Sl. No. and Date of Birth.
- Aadhaar Verification: On keying in your details, you will be prompted to provide your Aadhaar Number and Aadhaar Linked Mobile Number.
- An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number and registered email ID.
- After successful OTP verification, you can download and print your admit card.
Note: The Aadhaar-linked mobile number provided during this process will now be treated as your registered mobile number for all future recruitment-related SMS communications.
Mandatory Requirements & Prohibited Items
The WBPRB has implemented strict security measures and mandatory protocols for the examination day:
- Mandatory Digital Attendance: The photograph and digital attendance of every candidate will be captured at the venue. Candidature will be rejected if a candidate does not undergo this process.
- Proof of Identity: You must carry the printout of your e-Admit card along with the original Aadhaar Card/E-Aadhaar Card.
- Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, smartwatches, calculators, and portable scanners are strictly banned.
- Footwear: High-heeled footwear is specifically prohibited.
Exam Pattern Overview
The Final Combined Competitive Exam (Mains) is a descriptive type test consisting of three papers:
- Paper I: General Studies and Arithmetic (100 Marks - 2 Hours)
- Paper II: English (50 Marks - 1 Hour)
- Paper III: Bengali/Hindi/Urdu/Nepali (50 Marks - 1 Hour)
